6. Force Majeure

8. Amendments to the Contract
VARDA may, at any time, change the services offered on the site and the terms of this agreement in whole or in part. Changes will be effective as of the date of publication on the site. It is the User's responsibility to follow the changes. By continuing to benefit from the services offered, the user is deemed to have accepted these changes.
9. Notification
All notices sent to the parties to this Agreement shall be made through the known e-mail address of VARDA and the e-mail address specified by the user in the membership form. The user agrees that the address specified in his / her membership is the valid notification address;
10. Evidence Agreement
The parties' books, records and documents as well as computer records and fax records shall be accepted as evidence in accordance with the Law no.
11. Dispute Resolution
Adana (Central) Courthouse Courts and Execution Offices are authorized to settle any disputes arising from the application or interpretation of this Agreement.
